Depending on the plan you choose, we work on a set number of active videos at any given time. Once completed, the videos are sent to you for review. As soon as we send you a video for review, we move on to the next videos in your queue while always maintaining a maximum number of videos in your editing bay, which also depends on the plan you purchased. Once you approve a video, a new active video is added to the editing bay.

The editing bay encompasses both the total number of active videos (those currently being edited or worked on by our team) and videos in review (those sent to you for feedback). To maintain efficiency and quality, we've implemented maximum limits for the number of videos allowed in the editing bay.

Beginner Package = Max of 4 videos in your editing bay.
Scale Package = Max of 6 videos in your editing bay.
Pro Package = Max of 8 videos in your editing bay.

This ensures that we maintain focus on your projects without overwhelming our resources or your workflow.

You will have an editing team consisting of video editors, video strategists, and a project manager, who will likely remain the same throughout most of the project. However, if your project involves different types of videos, we may need to assign different editors accordingly.

We are a virtual company with team members from around the world, serving clients from all over the United States. It's always sunny in Philadelphia, which is why we chose Philadelphia, PA, as our HQ. Whether you're reaching out from the East Coast to the West Coast, we are well-equipped to provide virtual assistance tailored to your needs.

On average, videos that are 2 minutes or less (such TikTok's, Instagram Reels or Youtube Shorts) are delivered in 1-2 business days. Videos that are over 2 minutes are typically delivered in 2-4 business days. The amount of footage we are given to edit 1 video and the complexity of the edit will always impact turnaround time.

We realize your time is valuable, and you're hiring us as the experts. All we need are a few details + your footage, and we can take it from there! Also, ALL videos are sent through an internal creative review process so that you do not have to worry about being a creative director for every video.

We accept .MOV: .MP4 ; JPEG ; PNG and PDF files.

Depending on the plan you choose, we accept 20 GB's, 30 GB's and 40 GB's of video footage per project.
